I am starting this on Monday and going shopping tomorrow...I'm anxious and excited because I need something structured like this...I even got the Workbook so I can record...any advice would be appreciated! Feel free to add me as a friend!

I am on day four now and already seeing some fast results! i must admit I do cheat a little bit to get myself up to 1200 calories because otherwise strictly on the plan I am way under! These first few days have been tough without bread, pasta, rice etc... but trying to stick if out! I think cycle 2 will be much easier for me!0

i like this diet, i dont know why im drawn to it. i have a few recipes i eat over and over and dont seem to get tired of them, and i also enjoy trying new recipes i modify for 17. i lost 19 lbs my first go at C1. i have bounced around since then buit trying to get back in the plan for 17 straight days.0
