Question about goals.

I wear Bodymedia fit and according to BMF my TDEE is at 2250-2300 calories if i workout for 30-40 minutes with moderate intensity. If i sit on my butt whole day and not exercise watch TV or work on computer i end up burning 1950-2000 calories. My BMR according to scooby Calculator is 1700 calories and my lifestyle is completely sedentary.
My question is if i eat at 1950 i.e. 15% less than 2300, so am i not suppose to exceed calorie burn of 250 calories (1950-1700)?
Also if my polar HRM says i burned 450 calories , my BMF shows 190 only. Which one should i consider to make my cut.
Please help, currently i am doing jillian's Body revolution.

I would take 15% of your TDEE based on a weeks worth of your BMF readings.
BMF apparently doesn't record exercise as well as your HRM, so I would use that calorie number to see if you go below your BMR and if you do then eat back some of those calories so you net your BMR.0
