    Morning!

    Good luck to you too! I'm trying to get as much exercise in as possible before Thursday as Im going away for a few days and not sure how well I'll do! I will still try but going to be surrounded by lots of tea rooms and I cant resist a cream tea ha!
    So exercise done for today and 3 glasses of water down so far so good! x

    Evening all.

    Today I didnt do to bad, I ate 3 calories under my limit but I didnt do any exercise. I have 2 x PT and 2 BC sessions a week so I think its ok to take an extra day today. I hurt my shoulder at PT last week and its been playing up so I thought it best to rest today.

    Tomorrow I have a PT session so I will work very hard.

    Water intake not the best but not the worst I have had 6 glasses.

    Hoping tomorrow will be a better day :) Have a great day everyone.

    Afternoon all,

    Day four and I have met the exercise target this week already but am struggling with the water intake. Hoping to reach 9 galsses today but already feeling bloated - anyone else struggle with the water. Can we include coffee intake? Recent research suggests that coffee should be included as water intake - what do we all think.

    Hi everyone ,

    Managed to walk for an hour today and have had around 6 -7 glasses of water.
    @ myf1101 - I count coffee, tea and low calorie drinks toward my fluid intake.

    Struggling a bit with the water. No exercise yet today, but 90 minutes of Bikram Yoga hell coming up! :sick:
  • 40mins exercise (no gym today rest day) 10 glasses of water way under my calories and its worrying me a little to be honest i seem to be 1000 under most days with the added exercise oh well back to gym 2moz

    173 minutes of exercise, ran, walked, went to the gym, under cals (probably could do with eating another hundred or two to get me to daily allowance, but I'm not hungry!) and 11 glasses of water, but I'll most likely have another glass before bed.

    Hi guys dont want to be a kill joy with tea and coffee but they are a Diuretic if you drink too much, your kidney uses more water to filter the caffine than you benefit from drinking. If you keep under 3 cups of them you should be fine.

    I got in 70 minutes of exercise and 9 glasses of water today, way under calories though but wasn't hungry enough to eat anymore
