Still a little confused...

BMR : 1573
TDEE : 2713
TDEE - 15% : 2307

Okay...so on days I don't exercise I should eat TDEE - 15%. I understand that. Now when i do exercise I have to eat the 2307 calories unless the net calories is under the 1573, then I need to eat a little bit more? I know this has been explained a lot but I still need some help!!

    You got it!

    YOu don't want to net below your BMR so if you exercise and the calories drop you below your BMR then you eat back some calories to at least take you back up to your BMR.
