Day 2 level 1 COMPLETE Hopefully I will keep it up past tomorrow. I normally get to day three and forget about it... Here's to hoping this challenge helps me0

day 2 finished. I'm using 5 lb weights throughout the whole thing EXCEPT for the lunges.. I start out using them but half way through I'm done. I might need to get 3 lb weights or just push through it till i get stronger.. I'm proud of everyone! We are all amazing!0

I did mine at 6 am after my 5 miles on the treadmill! I HAVE to do my workouts before work! I get up at 4:30 to start! I use 5lb weights! I want to be able to finish the dvd! Day 2 level 1 done, yay!!!!!!! This is the 3nd time tryig to finish! I WILL DO IT THIS TIME! I love the idea of the spreadsheet! :drinker: :drinker:0

Day 3 complete this morning. Still high on energy rush (1AM) but could barely walk and groaned every time I had to sit down at work. Anyone else feeling it in their quads? Yikes!0
