Just wondering if i should change my activity level if im doing about 1 hr of excersise a day, im at home but im not really sitting down all day...but then again i dont even get my current amount of daily calories completed which is 1200.....any suggestions?

Well, if you aren't even reaching 1200 calories now, if you change your calorie level, you totally won't be able to get to the new calorie goal. I think I would wait until you start needing more calorie intake because of the amount you are burning. My husband is training for a marathon and I am amazed at how much he has to eat on the days when he goes for his long runs. You will know when you need more, just as long as you are not starving yourself and eating when your body needs it.0

Just b/c I and many others feel that mfp overestimates calories and you aren't reaching 1200 I would leave it set as is.0
