I started today and boy am i sore already. I can tell this program is going to benift me greatly. I am SO weak in the arms LOL I though i was much stronger but apparently not. I am going to keep going and kick p90xs' booty

Great way to look at it, the first time I did the program I hurt in places I never knew about, I had DOMS for days, the best thing I can say is keep going, it get's easier and the DOMS go away after the first week or two. Good luck with plyo tomorrow0

I previewed Plyo and it actually looks right up my alley. I LOVE intense cardio! Im addicted to it ;p Im sure it's still gonna be a long hour of kickin my *kitten* haha but i couldnt be happier LOL0

kenpo I like, but have to pump it up for me, I use moves from rushfit or do extra jumps, otherwise, it's too slow for me. i guess it's that I've played it too much.0
