So i started with the calorie counting and working out for the first few days. I could feel my body getting tighter but the numbers on the scale were not budging. Until.... I tried this new diet. This will be my fourth day on it and Ive already lost 2 pounds! It's nothing but fresh fruit, veggies, and water. Yes, it does get tempting (VERY) to go and grab those chips in the cabinet, but it's really about self control. Every time i was tempted to grab something other than fruit or vegetables, I'd remind myself of my goal. It really does work and I'd recommend it to everyone~ Oh yeah, and i get my protein from boiled egg whites. Great diet, great results. Good luck!

How sustainable is the weight loss? Or is this a diet where you'll need to eat like this for the rest of your life, and if you have a dinner roll, you'll expand like a sponge in water?
