NEW TO THIS... HELP?? :)

Hey, everyone i'm planning to start this tomorrow but want all the info first
Could someone explain to me;
1. what they expeirenced on this diet
2. if it was more useful than other diets before tried
3. if they gained back AFTER the diet was over // what steps they took after finishing the diet
4. advice // tips for doing this diet

I have previously failed of low carb diets so unsure what to do? I'm an all or nothing kinda person so balance does not work for me!

    Hi there,
    I´ve found it easier to stick to than other diets I´ve done and had less cravings and hunger.
    I´m seeing decent results with the weight loss.
    I haven´t got to goal yet so I can´t talk about the after bit.
    I´d recommend just follow the instructions as near as possible. Really go for it and think of it as your last diet. Although I haven´t got to the consolidation phase or stabilisation I´d say they are pretty important and something we have to be ready to follow through.

    A couple of disadvantages are that I am a little constipated but not too bad and I don´t really enjoy my food as before but maybe that´s a good thing.
    I didn´t have a lot to lose and when I started I really didn´t think I´d be able to do this if I had to be on cruise for a long time. Now I´m not sure. You seem to get used to it.
