Just joined

Hi! I'm Carol, and I'm nearly 50, and I wish I listened to my mom 30 years ago when she said it was easier to lose when you are younger than when you are older! She was right!

I'm looking to lose about 50 pounds- and 1 a week is a good goal. I currently follow the eat-clean plan, and have been lifting weights, doing cardio and attending a bootcamp 3x a week for exercise. Nothing more than once a day, and I always include a rest day. I have a vacation planned for the end of August, and I hope to be down a size between now and then. Currently I'm in a 14/16, so if I can squeak into a 12...that will be exciting for me!

    Hi Carol, I am Karen. I too just joined. Have lost 22 pounds so far, lookin to lose another 15 to 20. I was a 14/16 when I started Weight Watchers, now I am buying 12's. Wonderful feeling...want to get into a 10. Keep up the good work!
