Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
Serves: 4 to 6
Ingredients
1/2 pound of hamburger or turkey meat
3 green onions cut all the way up (chives and all)
1 avocado chopped
2 cups of Rice - non cooked
Directions
mix all in a bowl together salt and pepper to taste
make little meat balls 1 inch each (this mix makes about 10 meatballs)

then pour rice on a plate

Variations
Use Barley instead of rice - really good too
enjoy!
Ranch or a sweet sauce is good, use something pre-made as it is quicker
