Cardio Kickboxing

I recently joined a cardio kick boxing class. 2 times a week, 1hour a day. Its a lot of fun, and its very doable. ( many of the other women in my class are above their 60s in age). I find it fun and its a motivator to actually go to go the class since i've paid for it. On top of the class, i've learned a lot of "moves" to do at home. I am scared of the gym... for fear of being judged, but this small setting class is comforting- and easy to do. for those who are considering options, try something like that.
