No gym...

Sadly I do not have the funds to join a gym or buy more weights and I'm maxed out on my deadlift with the weights I have at the moment. To that end I'm probably going to be calling it quits after I finish stage 2 until I can get some money in, which might not be for a few months. I've really enjoyed this so far and I'm quite bummed about having to quit, I wanted to see it through. Still, it's been a blast and I would love to keep watching you guys progress. :)

But you have come so far!! Couldn't you continue but try doing different exercises that might target other muscles. There is so much variety even with an individual exercise. Hope you can find something to enable you to work along with the rest of us. We gotta keep going!

Do you have a freecycle group in your area? Check freecycle.org and see. You never know what people are getting rid of. Craigslist might have something as well.

Don't quit! Iget that you are maxed out on the weights you have at home, but consider 1 leg deadlifts or just do the workouts with whatever you have. Better than not at all.

You are so awesome to have made it this far. You can do it. Where there is a will there is a way. Water bottles to backbacks, sandbags, there are lots of weight hacks that can get you where you need to go.

This is what I was thinking too. 1-leg deadlifts are very hard with a lot less weight than a classic deadlift.
