Just started yesterday. Wanted to do more, but I was wise enough to rest. Good thing I didn't go further, cuz I am a little sore today.
Was wondering if anybody else was just starting as well.

    Good for you for starting!!

    I just moved on to week 2 this week, after doing week 1 over and over due to a lot of issues.
