    7/10 = 3.1 miles early morning run... usually run in the evening... i think i like the quiet & cool of the morning runs! Now, to get myself out of bed more often!

    Hey corriander,
    Can you lower my goal to 60 Miles for the month. I am still trying to loose weight and its not happening with just running. I am incorperating some other cardio activities and strenght training into my routine so I can loose the last 20lbs a little quicker.

    38 today month total - slightly behind because of 1st week of travel and recovering from jet lag.

    6 miles on the ARC today - recovering from my sore right ankle (and it is feeling better after 4 days off road). Tomorrow planning on 2 miles outside, then Sunday a 6.5 miler at a moderate pace.

    Did a core work out with my son, and it was hard work. I actually despise :mad: working my core, but I am very happy right now :bigsmile: to have finished and I think it will help me running stronger. I also found an interesting core workout (that includes gorilla swings) on you tube that I will try later this week - and it looks fun actually.

    looking forward to a rest day before saturday's LSD run (6 miles). Ramping up for a 2-person marathon relay in late September & am following Hal Higdon's Novice 2 training plan
