38 today month total - slightly behind because of 1st week of travel and recovering from jet lag.
6 miles on the ARC today - recovering from my sore right ankle (and it is feeling better after 4 days off road). Tomorrow planning on 2 miles outside, then Sunday a 6.5 miler at a moderate pace.
Did a core work out with my son, and it was hard work. I actually despise :mad: working my core, but I am very happy right now :bigsmile: to have finished and I think it will help me running stronger. I also found an interesting core workout (that includes gorilla swings) on you tube that I will try later this week - and it looks fun actually.
