My monthly goal is 50 miles. I'm trying to run to my neighborhood pool and back each morning with my dog. So far so good on days where it has been cool enough. 2.25 this morning, 21 mtd, 29 to go.0

I'm sorry I havwen't kept up with informing you of my runs. I hope you can still add in for week one. You have my July 3rd run in there and here is the rest of them for week one. July 5, I did 4 miles and on July 8, I did 5 miles.
For week two, On July 10, I did 5 miles.

Hi just joined,
I have entered the Cardiff Half marathon in October and this could be just the thing to help motivate me. I am new to running and need all the help I can get.
Month to date - 22 miles
Week to date - 14 miles

Friday, July 13: 15 miles
MTD 105 miles
An amazing run up a mountain here called Mt. Timpanogos. The wildflowers were absolutely amazing. Amazing. Amazing. The mountain tops out at well over 11,000 feet. I needed to get up in elevation; haven't been doing enough of that!

I think it may be a problem posting it here because you have a space in the image name, the %20 indicates a space. You can try to rename the image without a space...
I put it up below, so we can see it better, let me know if you want me to remove it. [I edited the colors a bit, they may now be a bit too saturated... on some monitors.]

Been doing a lot of hiking this week due to the amazing weather we are having here in Vancouver, ca. so I ran 6.5 miles on 9th july and I'm doing 12 miles on sunday 15th july.
