Figuring ChaLean Extreme workouts into TDEE?

For those of you doing ChaLean Extreme, how did you figure out your calorie burn (and therefore your TDEE)?

    I always figure out my tdee using the amount of hours I workout (then I double check that with my BMF). Scooby's calculator goes by hours instead of days which is perfect. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

    My BMF and Scooby's tdee estimate is very close. If you have a hrm then you can use that after you start the program and if you find that your burns take you below your BMR often, then you can adjust your tdee up a bit to compensate for that.

    Ok, thanks! I don't have any devices yet and was just unsure how to estimate how many calories I'd burn in ChaLean. I guess it would just be in the "vigorous lifting" category or something . . .
