Hi everyone.
Where did yesterday go? Quick flash and it was all over!!!
Seems we are doing ok so far , just hope the weight loss comes into play as well , good luck for today.

    Morning!

    It flew by didnt it, Which is always good for a Monday!
    Going well so far, I'm managing the exercise and the water apart from one day i think! I havent lost any weight for 3 weeks though which is so frustrating, so I dont think the 9lbs weight loss will happen for me but you never know!

    Hi GUys,

    Well my evenings seem to be your mornings so it may get a little confusing at times.

    I woke up this morning and I just felt 'blah'. I have no been hungry and I didnt want to do any exercise either. I did have a PT session booked tonight but she cancelled as she was sick. My first thought was "Woohoo now I dont have to do anything". This is usually not like me at all so I knew it was going to be a bad day.

    Anyway I logged on here and had a whinge which was the best thing I did because all the motivation and support was fantastic. The first thing I did when I got home was change into my work out clothes and did a work out on my cross trainer.
    Now I am about to go and eat dinner but what I thought would be a bad day all round turned out to be a good day after all.

    I am so glad I have you all to support me. Thank you

    Oh and I got th3 glasses of water in today WooHoo!! :)

    Yes the time differences do get confusing dont they, We are all over the place aren't we hehe!

    Ah well done you, you should feel proud! I know how hard it is when you have no motivation! That is where this site and this challenge has helped me soooo much, I felt exactly the same on Sunday, Came in here and posted my woes and I got such support and encouragement that pushed me to do a good half hour session on the treadmill!

    We are only 5 days into the challenge. Plenty of time left. Stay positive. :wink:

    I have not beem very good since this challenge started. I tried the first day and totally fell off the wagon. Oh well, today is another day! I will push to meet my exercise and water goal today!

    Hello everyone,

    Just finished an hour of strength training, and have manged to fit in 6 glasses of water - should get the rest in this evening.
    Hope you are all doing ok? Keep up the good work!

    Cant believe we are on day 5 already, it has flown by. Doing more than great on the water, now I have a week off work I can get in the exercise hours. I am aiming for that 9lb weight loss
  • 165mins exercise (1hr cardio 1hr 15mins weights) 11cups of water :)

    Well done, yeah I'm finding the water easy now could go way over, I'm having about a litre and half in the truck then the rest at home, still trying to get my head round the net cals?

    Well I've done well today ! 50 mins walking, 42 mins on the x trainer, 10 mins of sit ups, And 11 glasses of water yippee!

    140 mins exercise, walking, C25K and weights, as well as copious amounts of time brain frazzled, surely that burns calories?lol, and had 11 glasses of water, and about to have another one, as thirsty!

    Thank you for the encouragement :) for some reason I really needed it yesterday (or still today for you guys) :)

    I am so thankful to have found this site and the people that I have come in contact with. I am usually very positive about my exercise and diet, so please dont think I complain all the time :) but yesterday was just a horrid day.

    So I drank all my water (very proud of this) yesterday and worked out a total of 140 min. I'm part of another challenge thats kicking my butt so reaching the exercise part of this challenge is rather easy!
