    I am 5' 5" and weigh 148. This sounds like a lot of weight but at my age I can't go really low. I would look dead. I am rather toned and don't look like I weigh 148.

    I live in Ohio with my husband and one to two daughters. (The count changes as they start moving back home.:grumble: ). I have eight children of my own. My husband has four. So, together we have twelve.

    I'm 5'5.5" 26 years old. Highest weight was 162 in 2010, joined MFP at 153 two months ago. I'm at 151 now (slow and steady!) with a goal of 145. I'm really curvy, so I'm working on toning up and making my waist smaller to exaggerate my hourglass figure. I'm going to do 30 Day Shred for the second time in August when I go back to work. I'm a school librarian.

    I'm 53, currently 5'5" (used to be 5'6"!) and 136, which is down 14 from when I started MFP - 1 pound from goal! I'd like to see if I can get to 130 after that. I don't think I've been at 130 for at least 25 years. I am married, have three grown kids and 3 adorable granddaughters. I am an executive director of a nonprofit that works with abused/neglected kids.

    Hi everyone. I'm 51 yrs old. currently weigh 123 and I'm 5'1". I want to get to 110. Never had a problem until menopause hit me. It's a struggle to have to learn all the ins and outs of proper diet.
