30 Minutes To Fitness: Muscle Definition With Kelly Coffey?

Hey lovely people. Was looking around on amazon for a new workout as my body is not responding to the Jackie Warner DVD I've been doing for a while. I came across this one and it seemed appealing.

Are any of you guys familiar with this DVD? I'd have to modify any lunging for another 4 weeks (per my dr's orders) so is it heavy on those?

Could anyone suggest a different DVD with lots of arm/shoulder/core strength and weights for me to check out instead? Thanks all!

    What about the Chalean programs...I always hear the ladies raving about that.

    Try Jillian michaels Body revolution.. great workouts... all under 30 minutes. Its a 3 month program with progressive overload.

    You should look for a Cardio Abs DVD. No pressure on the legs/feet

    I have Muscle Definition. I can't remember if she does a lot of lunges, but I do remember that you can play different segments of the DVD or the entire workout. I have been doing New Rules for Lifting so I have been at the gym lately and havent used this DVD in a while.

    Thank you Kiki! That's sweet! I might go ahead and order it. Even if I have to modify the lunges I'll (fingers crossed) be able to do them again in month. ;)
  • I just watched a nice bit of it on youtube. Do I have to own a step bench? I don't and have zero room to store one.

    I just started this last week. There are a few lunges and I just don't go as deep. I don't have a step and do OK without it. I really like this workout, but have only done 30 day sherd before this. Kelly is great!

    You should be able to do most of the lying moves on the floor, or a stability ball if you have one.
