Sorry about tmi...irregularity after protein increase??

Maybe it's just me, but it seems that after I increased cals and protein I don't 'go' as much as I used to. I feel bloated and like I should go, but can't. Normal reaction? Any suggestion?

Try tracking your fiber, aim for 20-30 gm/day. you can add chia seed or bran to your diet (acts as a bulk laxative).
Also some people switch to coconut oil instead of other fats (1-3 tbsp/day), works like a stool softener (easier to go).0 -
