Yesterday was my first weight add day.

Yesterday I added 10 or more lbs to all of my lifts as some (Bench, lat pulldowns and curls) were getting a bit easy. After adding, I I was able to perform almost all reps on the last set on all of my lifts EXCEPT triceps. That was very interesting to me, as I generally thought I had pretty strong triceps but my overall test yesterday showed me different. So, back to the drawing board to add some additional tricep works so I can bring them back online with the rest of me. But all other groups, I'm going to stick with the increased weight for another week and do another test. I expect I will get one more jump like this before my body gets used to lifting again and my gains start coming slower.

Good job! My personal favorite tricep exercises are kickbacks, overhead extension (with dumbell) and dips. Good luck. :)

I like kickbacks a lot! With the overhead extension though you HAVE to be careful for your elbows and of course your noggin. If your not tightening your elbows in enough and keeping them parallel to your body, you can over time damage your elbows.

^^^^ I like these too! I also like lying on your side tricep presses. No weights involved, but form is everything. The tricep kickbacks - I do two versions - 1. normal with your hands parallel to your body and then 2. more intense as you alternate between the inside of you wrists up and then the back or your hand up.

Recoiljpr--WOW ! Thank you so much for the video clips of the actual exercises! I am such a 'hands-on' kind of person and just viewing these really allowed me to see the true form I should strive for!

    What a difference!!!!
