Hey everyone i have a question... Has anyone tried the Costco Calcium chews? do they taste good? Thanks

    I don't know about those, but after using the pricey stuff (Viactiv, et al) for 5 mo, I changed to generic Rite Aid (2 for 1). They had caramel and fruity. I got the caramel and they ARE better than anything pricey. Good Luck.

    If you had RNY, make sure you are taking calcium CITRATE :)

    The Costco chewy ones are not Citrate! They will not be absorbed properly. I buy the Kirkland ones (two pack of bottles) that are Citrate. You can put them in a dixie cup and they dissolve in minutes then you can drink it! You don't have to drink the sinky stuff, it is just the ingredient binder. I couldn't stomach drinking it, but once I saw how quickly they dissolve I had no problem swallowing them. Guess I could visualize them dissolving quickly in my pouch!!
