Hello! My name is Lynn Keller and live in Pittsburgh, PA. I have not read the book yet, I just heard of it. I am going to try to buy it this week, but not sure if I am going to have time to shop for it before vacation.
My goal on MFP is to lose 60 pounds, I have lost 44 of it since January. I am extremely busy this summer. So, I have just decided to be on maintenance and exercise everyday and watch what I eat, but I am not going to exercise as hard or as much as I was until after end of September when I will be done with school. Then I will start working out really hard to lose the remaining pounds by Thanksgiving.0 -
Hey Lynn - How are you doing? I still haven't gotten past the first chapter of this book but I fully intend to soon!!!! LIKE ASAP!!!!! hahahaha - maybe one day we can actually talk about it!0
