While reading the Willpower Instinct, I am also reading a book called Chi-Walking. This book incorporates concepts from Tai-Chi into walking for fitness. I think these two books tie nicely together... you need willpower to keep walking and perhaps you need Chi-Walking to find your hidden willpower.... please check out the other group as well.
