I've just started BFL...on Day 2. I've spent the past 6 months tracking with myfitnesspal.com and have lost 20 lbs by dieting and cardio 5x per week. Now that I'm 20 lbs lighter, I realize I have the same "apple" shape, just smaller. I'm wearing the right dress size, but I seem to have lost my *kitten*, and kept my belly. I am ready to transform my figure. Is anyone else just starting?
