Morning all, well can't believe we are nearly a week into this already, time flies when your having fun hey.
Well I know I have certainly upped my excercise and the water since we started this challenge, so that has to be a move in the right direction, just hope the weight drops off too lol, have a top day!!! :-))

Ive drank all the water I need to already (4.30pm here is Oz) and ready to go home from work 30 mins to go.
I have dinner at a friends house tonight so I wont be working out today - thats ok Wednesday is my usual rest day anyway. The rest of the week is full on.
The worst part of today is im going to go over my calories I ate a cookie today (and I had no idea until after it) the calories were higher than what I worked off yesterday 433. Damn!
We're all going to have days like this but I think the most important thing is we dont beat ourselves up about it. Some people have a cheat day once a week, personally I have a cheat treat but it just sent me over the top today.
I look forward to posting better news tomorrow. I dont weigh in for another 2 weeks with my PT so I have plenty of time to work harder.0 -

The thing is with this, we all have a social life and other commitments, so like you say there is no point beating yourself up, we are all bound to stray a little now and again, it's not the end of the world.
At least we can make an extra effort the following day to get us back on track.

Getting ready to go on another epic walk before the rain starts again. Aiming for 4mph for 2 hours today. Love waking up full of energy and ready to take on the day. Wish I had found this site years ago.0

Hi everyone, hope you're all ok! Well it's the last day for me before I go away for a few days.. So hoping this won't set me back! Going to try and still drink my water and walk as much as possible but don't think I'll be logging my food and won't be around for weigh in Friday! I've done minor walking today, but I'm not counting it as exercise, its just to the bus stop and back lol! I've had 11 cups of water, as been thirsty today.
Its my rest day today, as worked hard recently :-)0 -

Like Hestion I'm on a rest day after yesterdays strength training, but I did walk for an hour. Water consumption could be better though! I don't suppose 2 glasses of wine counts! he he
