I did Week 6 Run 1 today. I thought after the last one I would sail through this one but I found it more difficult than I thought I would.
Normally I struggle with the mental side of things more than the physical but today I really felt it in my legs. I did notice that my breathing was much easier through so I think my cardio must be improving.
I am not sure if I should do this run again or move one. I think if I am going to move on I need to have an extra rest day as my muscles were really making me pay today and it started very early in the run. I think the 20 min run on Monday has taken it out of me.

I also completed the W5D3 20 min run on Monday. Since then, my legs and, in general, my whole body feels very stiff. Prior to this run, I had none of these issues. Didn't feel a need to stretch before but do now!0

Sounds like an extra rest day may be in order for you both. I'm just completed W4D2, but I see that 20 minute run coming around the bend. I'm trying to prepare a little as I did an extra 3 minute run today after cool down and additional brisk walk.
You are on the last third of this thing, so definitely listen to your bodies, you don't want an injury to hinder your completion.0
