I really need the equalizer or a dip station but I'm in the UK and these things are so expensive!
I've tried using doorframes in the house but they're not very stable as it is, and when I tried last time the door wouldn't close properly for days, think it was misaligned :-S
Anyone else finding issue with not having some of the equipment?

Hi I'm in the uk but haven't looked into buying equipment, I use a rucksack filled with 10lb of magazines in place of the sandbag! I've worked up to that though as I couldn't use any weight at the beginning!
For pull up's I use my kitchen table : ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYUxXMGVuuU
& here if you watch routine 8 of top 10 abs, at the end lisa gives an alternative exercise for an equaliser exercise.

I strugge with equipment too - tried two chairs once to do the swinging legs forward things and nearly broke my wrists - never again! lol0

Now I doing hanging knee raises whenever they use the dip station/equalizer for the knee raises. Before, I used to just do a tuck abs... I think that was an alternative the Lisa suggested back in the January challenge.0

What do you use for that one?0 -

So instead of doing the knee lifts or raises on dip station, you do the tuck abs (more widely known as seated knee tuck).

Ahhh, I see, thanks!
I have seen something called the Iron Gym, by JML. It kind of hooks over your doorframe - am thinking about buying this as it looks as though it may be helpful for the upper body ones...0 -
We have the iron gym, and that's what I use for the hanging knee raises.0
