When you reset and feed at TDEE are you resetting based on your exercise included TDEE or are you elminating exercise and calorie burn and putting your TDEE at a sedentary state?
Example:
I'm 5'11, 204lbs, 34yo.
Heavy exercise (ex: exercising 6-7 days/week) TDEE is 3462
Little or no exercise (ex: desk job) TDEE is 2408
Guess I'm a bit confused on if you are giving your body a complete rest during the metabolism reset.

Hi there.
You eat your TDEE, which includes your exercises. That means you always eat the same amount, no matter if you work out or not. You only eat exercise cals back, if you go below your BMR.
If you work out 6/7 times a week, then you eat that amount every day.0 -
A reset would include your exercise. So take TDEE which includes your existing activity level.
So if you currently exercise 6-7 hours a week you should eat 3,4620 -
Thank you. I appreciate the insight.0
