hii everyone

so ive been doing the 30 ds on youtube and today i went to walmart and bought the 30 day extreme shred and shred instead of the 30 ds...as a change.....has anyone done this workout?

    its more fast pase, there are alot of moves from her previous workouts but in advanced form....and its just more of a mix up...today was only my first day so i cant say much...but i would say its the next step up after her 30 day shred :)
