Totally waste of $$. You could make a pasta from a cumber. My wife did that and it was soooo goood! Just shedder the cumber and boil it.
You could getspaghetti squash for much cheaper.0 -
I really don't like spaghetti squash-- it's a huge texture issue for me. Also, I don't think cucumber would hold up well in a cooked pasta dish (and the texture's kind of gross too).0

check out www.againstallgrain.com, she makes a grain free pasta I think. I haven't tried it yet but it doesn't seem to hard.0

That was what I found that she used in lasagna. Otherwise, she used squash/zucchini. I may try these at some point-- texture is just such a big thing for me0 -
Do you like Gnocchi, if so try Sweet potato Gnocchi.

1/2 teaspoon salt
