    Whoo Hoo at least I know what puts the weight on for a day or two. I just have to remember not to eat anything greasy the night before weigh in.

    Woo Hoo! I'm finally sleeping at night if I take p.m. cough medicine and Zyrtec. I am up a little in weight according to the scale. However, I think part is time of month and some is also sodium from eating takeout when I was too sick to cook. Either way, I am feeling well enough to buckle down and refocus on my health. I'm doing great with the protein and water challenge today. :)

    That time of the month always gets me. I usually gain 2 lbs no matter what. I'm glad that you are finally feeling better :smile:
