Got back from vacation on monday, I'm getting back on track this week.

Woo Hoo! I'm finally sleeping at night if I take p.m. cough medicine and Zyrtec. I am up a little in weight according to the scale. However, I think part is time of month and some is also sodium from eating takeout when I was too sick to cook. Either way, I am feeling well enough to buckle down and refocus on my health. I'm doing great with the protein and water challenge today.0 -
