I gotta shout it out !! I'm so excited that my HRM (Polar FT7) arrived yesterday 
I really need one because when I use the machines at the gym they either don't read my heart rate ( and my trainer will get on and get hers reads no problem so they aren't broken) or gives me one off the charts then drops suddenly!! Yesterday said i was 198 bpm and then dropped to 67... told my PT that I'm dead... then I recovered in seconds LMAO It's going to be so nice accurately measuring how hard I'm working out and calories burned!! (I could have used the PT"s but I have this thing bout wearing something others have .. .other peoples sweat ewwwwwww LOL)
Now to figure out the bells and whistles.......
