Reset Clarification

Okay, really did some more reading and believe a reset is in order for me. I have been screwed up with food over time, and it has to change.
With Scooby's calculator: BMR 1540
TDEE 2117
TDEE-15% 1800
Plugged in custom goals to include Scooby's recommendation for 35% protein/45% carbs/20% fat.
So just to make sure I'm not missing this; eat at TDEE for 8 weeks to do a true reset, then go to TDEE-15% and recalculate with every 5 lb loss?
Is there anything I am missing? Got the Fitbit and LOVE IT!!!
Thanks,
Anita

Yes, that is correct. I'm not sure if you are on the EM2WL website but there was a blog post today on how to know you've reset and are ready to move onto the cut phase. I'd recommend checking it out as there is some great info on there on what to expect.

Wow, that was a great post. So I see now that it is getting your mind right, not your body, as far as how long my reset should last?
This is very amazing stuff!0
