Any correlation in weights? Should you be lifting about the same for one as the other? What should I be expecting out of myself

I don't think so. I bench 105, and Pendlay 85. Pendlay's are hard for me to increase one while maintaining form. I start to stand up a little with my lower back. It's been a much slower progression.

I wouldn't see any huge connection between the two.
Your primary movers for the bench are gonna be triceps, shoulders, lats.

For the pendlay row its pretty much everything in your back, biceps, and hamstrings a bit.

I aim for 1:1 but never quite got there (and can now only db bench so not really comparable)

not really but you don't want to get to the point where you are [/i]way[/i] stronger pressing than you are pulling. This will set you up for bad posture or worse, injury.

Much sure you have at least one pulling movement for every press in your routine, if not more.

After a few rounds of Stronglifts 5x5, my bench press is still a good 25 lbs ahead of my pendlay rows. I imagine it will always be that way.
