Upped my cals from 1200 to 1400 then past 6 weeks I have been eating 1700. My tdee is 2000 on nom gym
Day and 2100-2200 when I lift weights. Tdee measures by body media fit. Last 6 weeks I've e hosted eating more but I've had no weightloss or fat loss % at all. Should I drop back down to
1400 again? I eat high protein, weigh my food etc.
Any suggestions?

Hi there.
I don't know for how long you have been on 1200-1400 before you started to up your cals
You might be in need to reset your metabolism completely.
If I take 2100 as your TDEE then 15% cut, which is the lowest we recommend still would be 1785
So I honestly think you have to up your calories
Try the 15%cut, if nothing happens, go further up to 10%
If you have been on ow cals for a long time, it might not be working without resetting completely though.0 -
I did Ww previously. I seemed to maintain on 1700-1800 but no loss. Was eating 17-1800 for 6/7 weeks? X0
