Was so excited about BR but typical if me, I'm lapsing already. Did days 1-5 no problem but on day 6 just couldn't be bothered to do cardio 1. Mixture of lethargy/ aching / busy. I ran for about ten minutes to catch a train so tried to kid myself that this was ok instead. Yesterday was my rest day- I did that no problem. So today is start of week 2 and workout 1 again. I know I need to get back to it but am already thinking of accuses.
HELP!

We all have those days where we don't feel like exercising. How did your 1st week go? Try to focus on the journey. You made it through 1 week and only have 1 more week before you get to move on to the next set of workouts.

I had many days where I didn'[t want to do it. But I told myself that I will just start it and Half *kitten* it. I didn't even put my hair up, but usually after the first circut, I was over it and then pushed myself!

All you got to do it start you dvd and "show up". (Which I see you did in your other post) Remeber, we got this program because it's a half hour. We can do a half hour!

    Thanks. I did it!

    Circuit 1 for third time
Felt sooo much better after rest day. Dud all the harder options and increased weights to 2.5 kg for most of exercises. Tried full press up but couldn't though.
Was feeling a but fed up if it yesterday but fired up again now. Wondering if it would be a good idea to put two rest days into a week and just make programme last longer. What do people think?

Good for you! I think we all have those days we just feel "blah" and don't want to bother, but don' you feel better that you did? :flowerforyou:

I have to keep telling myself that it's up to me, my responsibility, and change won't happen if I don't get off my butt. And believe me, I'm the Queen of Excuses!

Just keep up the good work, you can do this!

This is why doing a ' programme' is good for me. I've put a chart up in the fridge with dates so it's VERY obvious if I don't keep to the schedule.

When I don't feel like doing it, I just tell myself, "it's only half an hour. I can do anything for half an hour." That usually gets me going!
