This will be Day 5

I am trying to go 12 days without a binge so that I can look and feel good before a wedding I am going to on the 21st. This will be day number 5 binge free.

Last night I started eating some almonds (was only going to have a few) but did the big no no and took the bag and sat in from of the tv. I ate maybe 30 almonds or so and was able to stop myself from eating tons of them like I could have (super high caloire and fat intake too) or eating those along with other things. :) I texted my boyfriend to let him know that I was able to stop myself too.

I know this weekend will be hard. I will eat out this weekend and I know I will consume more calories obvioulsy but as long as I don't "Binge" then that is what I am looking for.

Sunday's are my downfall. Usually after the weekend wraps up and I am settling in for a new week and my boyfriend leaves for the week I will binge on Sunday night because the weekend has already been out of the normal. I must FIGHT it :)

12 days here I come!

    Everytime I mess up a "good streak" its because special occasions. Going out of town, 4th of July picnics, or parties. So I definitely know what its like to have to be careful lol. And its no fun! But I wish you the best and hope this 12 no bingeing goes well :)

    next time you will!! 5 or 6 is a good start. Its hard for me to go more than 2 or 3 days without one.
