i adjusted my cals for last months loss and stuck with the 15% reduction so it lowered my cals by about 80. no big deal. But im starting to wonder if at this stage - 11 pounds from "goal - i should do 10% or 5% reduction. also, the past few weeks my workouts have been harder...so my brain tells me to go UP a little but..."if it aint broke, dont fix it?"

thoughts?

You can stay where you are, if your activity level will go back to normal. If you feel your workouts are going to be harder, then I would suggest to up.

I'm a "if it ain't broke don't fix it kinda gal" myself. It think you should stick to what you've been doing. Give it a few weeks then make a change if it's not working.
