which activity level should i choose?

okay i posted this once before, but my work out's have recently changed. please help me to know which level of activity i should choose on scooby?

3 hours of yoga per week
4.5 hours of zumba per week
1 hour of weight lifting per week

which is a total of 8.5 hours per week. the scooby calculator says that very active is anywhere from 7-21 hours per week... such a huge range!

my tdee with a 15% cut (for this activity level) is 2118 but it is hard to imagine that i should eat that amount regardless of if i work out 8 hours compared to 20 hours. please help me!

    Hello,

    You can always take your moderate TDEE, and your active TDEE, add them together and divide by 2.

    This will give you an average in between them, and someplace to start with. After 8 weeks you can then look at your results and make adjustments as necessary.
