Sweat Fiends!

It was good seeing everyone who showed up today, including myself and Michelle :-). Thanks to everyone for holding it down until we arrived, and a special thank you to Mignon for taking the reigns. To that end, Mignon will be at the helm next week while Michelle and I suffer in Cancun :-). We will still work out, so please don't take our vacation as an excuse to go on one of your own!

This weekend, remember not to over-indulge. We didn't weigh in this week, and since we won't be here, we won't weigh in next week either, but be prepared to do so on Monday 7/22. To stay on track, each of you should have lost 2 to 4 lbs by then. If you're not on track to make that mark, you have almost 10 days to get it together! Remember to drink your water (at least half of your body weight in ounces, daily), and to get in 45 min of moderate to strenuous activity every day.

Next Monday's and Wednesday's classes won't require any equipment, and Mignon has the workouts and will lead them. For next Friday, please bring your dumbbells!
