:flowerforyou: Was wondering if anyone had ideas on how to sidetrack oneself from eating when you feel you could eat a half dozen four packs of Reeces peanut butter cups. I don' seem to have the self control that I thought I did and really could use your advice.

I take a walk, read a book, get on mfp and read the forum posts. Sometimes I clean and I have kids so they can distract me sometimes. Hope some of these ideas work for you.0
