    W3 (7/15): 147.8lbs Went out of town! Glad I did not gain. Going to hit it hard this week!

    Total lost for challenge. 2.8 lbs. not a great loss last week. Ate more carbs than usual due to running a 5k yesterday. I need to be more diligent and drink more water. I'm happy to lose ounces though.
