Okay...so silly question I am sure but I am curious...What are your thoughts on drinking wine? Is it counterproductive to fat loss? I have read so many MIXED reviews and was wondering what the EM2WL family thinks regarding this? I like good wine, but was wondering if having it is helpful harmful, or neither in regards to fat loss. Thanks for any thoughts.

Youll find me a big wine drinker.
I have tried to cut it out.
Its not bad if you can make it inside your calories, 4oz of wine is like 100 calories.
However I LLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE wine
I start with 4 oz....and figure ahhhh 1 more glass wont work
1 bottles later..... 500 calories...
Adds up. Its all about moderation.
If you can just have a glass or so, and keep it in the calories there is no reason to cut it out (barring medical conditions).

My wine is Amaretto:)
All alcohols are the same, generally. If you have the cals, treat yourself and enjoy a glass or two... the problem lies when you have more than that. As Mike said, it can easily turn into a bottle.. then its counterproductive0 -
