Dukan Attack Phase - Mid Way Weight Loss Resault

Me and my partner started the Dukan Diet on Tuesday 10th July 2012. We are both concidered very obese. (Nice, eh?!)
Anyway we are now in our 5th day of the Attack Phase.
We will be doing 10 days of this phase (the maximum) and no more, before going onto the Cruise Phase.
After our 4rd complete day (Start/Morning of 5th day) we weighed in.
I had lost 8.8lb (Over half a stone in 4 days!)
My partner had lost 8lb bang on!
While this is great, and seems extreme I am sure a lot of this is water loss, however we both feel great and are now past the stage of having massive cravings.
We drink 2-3 ltrs of water a day and eat quite a large amount of protein.
Here is a break down of a typical day (ATTACK):
BREAKFAST:
Ommlette:
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 spring onion chopped up
Fibre Yoghurt:
Muller Light (165g)
18g Raw Oat Bran mixed into the yoghurt

LUNCH:
2 Chicken Breasts (Skinless) Grilled with herbs
————–
DINNER:
Burgars:
250g Lean Beef Mince
Herbs and Spices
Half an Onion
(Blend it all together)
Sauce:
25g Natural Fat Free Yoghurt
1x Tbsp of crushed garlic
1x Tbsp of crushed chilli
Herbs and spices
————–
SNACKS:
100g Sliced Tikka Chicken Breast (Iceland)
200g Sliced BBQ Chicken (Tesco)
————–
DRINKS:
Diet Coca-Cola (500ml)
3x Mineral Water (500ml)
1x Skinny Latte (330ml)
1x Glass of Water (330ml)

Average Day Nutrition is approx:
Calories: 1200
Carbs: 35
Fat: 20
Protein: 210
Sugar: 20
Fibre: 2

It seems to work for us! I’ll post how we get on when we finish the 10th day of the attack.
FYI: My starting weight is 265.6lb (5ft 8in, 25yrs old, and large bone structure). Most of my weight is carried around my waist.

What a fantastic start! I'm no expert as I'm pretty new myself but it sounds like you guys have it bang on right. Keep going and do jump on here and let us know how you're doing - I've never meet a friendlier or more supportive bunch on a forum before!

I'll be sure to check out more posts and to update after the final 10th day before the Cruise phase.
Never know, might get to 1 stone weight loss if things keep going this way.
Weight loss has slowed down, which is expected.
Day 1 was - 3.4lb
Day 2 was - 2.2lb
Day 3 was - 1.8 lb
Day 4 was - 1.4lb
Total - 8.8lb (lost in 4 days)
If the trend is constant then Id expect the following:
Day 5 - 1.2lb
Day 6 - 1.0lb
Day 7 - 0.8lb
Day 8 - 0.7lb
Day 9 - 0.5lb
Day10 - 0.4lb
Estimated total (including previous 8.8lb loss) at: 13.4lb loss in 10 days.
We'll see how it goes, you never know what the scales are going to through at you so this could be completely off the mark! But perhaps a 1 stone (14lb) weight loss in the 10 day (Maximum) Attack Phase is possible!0 -
You guys are doing great!!! I did attack for three days and lost 5.2 pounds. Success is a great motivator. Keep it up. Having a buddy helps.0

I wish I could encourage my husband to have a go at this plan too, the man is ruled by refined carbs and sugars!0
