Height 5' 3
Weight: 133.6 - 131 (though I did see 130.6 last week!)
Took a load of measurements but the main one are:
Chest: 29 1/4 -28 1/2
Waist (smallest): 28 - 27
Hips (widest): 36 - 34
BF% - Used an online calculator so I know it's not terribly accurate 25.2 - 21 (no way I only have 21% BF but nice to know it's gone down!)
Workout A
Squat: 17.6 (I'm converting from kg to lbs!) dumbbells in each hand to 88 (did get up to 110 but my form wasn't as good!)
Pushups: 45 degree to floor
Seated Row: 57.2 to 88
Step Up: 8.8 (each hand, 12 inch step) to 22 (each hand, bench)
Prone Jacknife: Wobbly to 8 good ones!
Workout B
Deadlift : 28 to 110
Dumbell Shoulder Press: 11 (each hand) to 22 (each hand)
Wide grip lat pulldown: 33 to 72.6
Lunge: 6.6 (each hand terrible form!!) to 20 (each hand good form)
Swiss ball crunches: Honestly didn't keep up with these...... Could do 8/10 well on ball when I started!

Honestly see no difference, lighting isn't great and I think I look better in myself, plus I've loved lifting

Brilliant lifting progress! I can definitely see a difference in your back. Your tummy is really flat so there's nothing to really go there. Well done for completing stage 10
