Ok question

If I am not suppose to eat below my BMR which is 1498, so we will say 1500. After I exercise say I earn 400 calories = that is 1900.

Am I suppose to eat 1500 calories or 1900 calories or somewhere in between.

My age is 62 5'6" workout 5-6 days a week cal burn 300-500 on the average. biking.walking and some weights.

my wt right now is 203 and my goal is 170 lbs.

    Set it up for a 15% deficit. It is 15% less than your TDEE not your BMR. While you do want to always net above your BMR, it can still be too low. After exercise if your burn takes you below your BMR than you eat back some of those calories to net above BMR.
