Taking a break

Hi,

Do you have to 'settle' before you can take a break?

I'm planning on starting tomorrow, and doing 6 weeks at TDEE-15% before then taking 1 week break on TDEE calories.

Is this how it is meant to work, or am I meant to be give my body longer to adapt before taking the break?

Thanks

You don't have to wait to take a break. A diet break is beneficial every 4-6 weeks no matter when you start or how long you've been at it.

i somehow read over the paqrt about the break i am on week 10 of TDEE-15% and stalling out so I think doing it back at week 6 would have probably been a good idea. Going on vacation this week so will start then!

    Thanks.

I'm on 1900 calories a day so planning to try and sustain that on my vacation next week (12 days!).

I have scheduled a break in for 1 week in 6 weeks time to eat at TDEE.

Yum - looking forward to it! Lol! ;-)
