Hello All,

Well summer is in full effect and it is HOT out there!!! As you prepare for your workouts, it is important to stay hydrated. About 96 oz per day is about how much water you should cosume. This amount is inclusive of any water that you may consume from eating food. Again if you are thirsty, it's too late...

Water is good for you many reason and here are a few:
1) Provides you the energy needed to get you through the day and workouts
2) Has ZERO calories
3) More importanly...IT'S FREE!!!
